Named DevOps engineers and a 24/7 site reliability team work alongside your existing engineer or team to manage your AWS or Azure environment. You own the cloud account; we help with the engineering and support.
Redux pairs you with a Technical Project Manager, named DevOps engineers and a 24/7 SRE team. We extend your engineering capacity while your existing engineer or team stays involved.
VPC design, infrastructure planning, migration assistance, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementation. We build it right from the start.
Around-the-clock site reliability engineering. We monitor, alert, triage, and resolve. Your infrastructure never sleeps, and neither does our SRE team.
Ongoing security remediation through AWS Security Hub, Azure Defender, and WAF management. HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and HITRUST support for regulated environments.
Build pipeline design, container orchestration (ECS, EKS, AKS, Kubernetes), and serverless architecture implementation.
Regular analysis of your cloud spend with actionable recommendations. Reserved instances, rightsizing, and architectural improvements to reduce waste.
Backup management, disaster recovery planning, and regular patching cycles to keep your infrastructure secure and recoverable.
Unlike AWS Premium Support, Redux provides actual engineering work, not just ticket responses. Your named DevOps engineers know your architecture, your business requirements, and your team. Most of our clients cancel their AWS/Azure premium support when they work with us.

Nearly all of our clients cancel their Premium Support after working with us. We provide more comprehensive, hands-on engineering support than AWS or Azure Premium tiers offer, and your team can reach us directly via Slack or Teams.
You own your account. If you do not have one, we will set it up on your behalf and transfer ownership to you. You always retain full control and access to your cloud environment.
Our average response time is 15 minutes. Formal SLA guarantees range from 1 hour to 15 minutes first response depending on your plan, with custom SLAs available on Enterprise.
Ongoing management is month-to-month with 30 days notice. If we are building new architecture for you, terms range from 6 to 12 months depending on complexity.
Our management fees are separate from your AWS/Azure infrastructure costs. You pay your cloud provider directly for compute, storage, and bandwidth. Our pricing covers the management, monitoring, security, and engineering work.
Every client gets a named Technical Project Manager and named DevOps engineers who know your architecture. Our SRE team provides 24/7 Tier-3 engineering support, meaning senior engineers handle your issues directly rather than escalating through tiers.
Redux is owned by its founder, Thomas Brenneke, who actively participates in new and existing client partnerships. As a founder-led organization, we retain the same customer-focused approach we have had since day one.
