Do I still need AWS or Azure Premium Support?

Nearly all of our clients cancel their Premium Support after working with us. We provide more comprehensive, hands-on engineering support than AWS or Azure Premium tiers offer, and your team can reach us directly via Slack or Teams.

Who owns the AWS/Azure account?

You own your account. If you do not have one, we will set it up on your behalf and transfer ownership to you. You always retain full control and access to your cloud environment.

What is your response time SLA?

Our average response time is 15 minutes. Formal SLA guarantees range from 1 hour to 15 minutes first response depending on your plan, with custom SLAs available on Enterprise.

What contract terms are required?

Ongoing management is month-to-month with 30 days notice. If we are building new architecture for you, terms range from 6 to 12 months depending on complexity.

How does pricing work for cloud infrastructure costs?

Our management fees are separate from your AWS/Azure infrastructure costs. You pay your cloud provider directly for compute, storage, and bandwidth. Our pricing covers the management, monitoring, security, and engineering work.

What level of support do we get?

Every client gets a named Technical Project Manager and named DevOps engineers who know your architecture. Our SRE team provides 24/7 Tier-3 engineering support, meaning senior engineers handle your issues directly rather than escalating through tiers.
